Customer information system – Housing association residents
One of our housing association customers approached us with a specific requirement to develop an on-line system where residents could view the latest details regarding the redevelopment of their housing block.

The specification required that non technical staff could update and format the data. From a development stand point the number of housing blocks (over 20,000) presented an issue.

The Blue Ice solution neatly combined the powerful yet very low cost Macromedia Contribute with a bespoke ASP.NET database application. This hybrid approach gave our client the full functionality they were looking for at a tiny fraction of the cost of off the shelf content managers.
